Super Soft Sandwich Bread
For my first official entry to this blog I want to share my FAVORITE sandwich bread recipe. This recipe will make the most fluffy, soft bread you’ve ever had. It is great for grilled sandwiches, toast, just whatever you want to use it for. I looked for a good bread recipe for years and they were all either too dense or just never came out just right, but this one has been perfect time after time and it’s so easy! Recently I’ve started putting in add on like cheese and it doesn’t change the texture or the process at all, making this an extremely versatile recipe. (the bread will come out of the oven hard but will soften as it cools down.)

Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Warm Water
- 1 Tbsp Yeast
- 1/4 Cup Honey
- 2 Tbsp Melted Butter
- 2 Tbsp Salt
- 5 Cups All Purpose Flour
- Mix together your warm water and honey into a large mixing bowl, then add your yeast being sure to not mix it in. let your yeast bloom for 10 minutes.
- Add in your melted butter and salt. start mixing in 1 cup of flour at a time until you’ve added all of it.
- Shape into a ball and place into a greases bowl, let rise for 1 hour before punching it down
- Repeat step 4 and let rise for 1 hour.
- punch down your dough 1 more time, fold in add-ins and then shape it into a loaf, grease your bread pans with Crisco and pace loaves in (add any toppings) and cover with a tea towel for 1 hour.
- Preheat your oven to 350* (F) Bake your loaves for 30 minutes and then let cool completely before cutting into slices.
